Smaller size dealership but very large sized customer service and know how. Just a pleasant atmosphere and easy to get done what needs to be done. I apprecite the drop off and pick up shuttle service. You will be ok at Horne. Atlas
The staff is very friendly and have good customer service. My interaction with the Service Department has been GREAT. The Service Manager and Service Attendant are very helpful and respond right away when I call to follow-up on the status of my car. It is frustrating that I need to call to follow up. However, I understand they are very busy.

We have been coming to Horne Ford of Nogales since 2013. It is a 140 mile round trip drive. We have always been treated very well and we would never consider changing dealerships. The only sad thing is that they no longer make the Focus. However, this is not Horne Ford's fault. Thank you so much for the excellent way that we have been treated.

Best ford Dealer in Southern Arizona. Took my 2015 F250 in for oil change and was walking lot looking at new trucks. Saw 2019 F350 King Ranch so just for fun I ask What kind a deal if I traded my F250 in on the 2019 well I now have a new F350 King Ranch great deal Super friendly Sales and Service & Parts Departments.

I arrived on time for my appointment, and immediately my vehicle went into the shop to be repaired. I was offered a ride back to my residence, which it was very well appreciated; when the vehicle was ready to be picked up they send for me and I was picked up at my home and taken back to the Dealership. The young man driving the customer's service vehicle showed excellent customers service skills as the rest of the team.

The dealership is always on their game with customer service. When our vehicle is taken in for service a loaner car is clean and ready, we are told when the car will be ready, the car is returned to us clean inside and out, and explained what was done to the car. We recently had a problem with the AC and called in with our problem and were told not to turn the car off and immediately bring the car in for service. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
The vehicle was taken in for routine maintenance and as usual the Service Manager, Service Technician and the mechanics were all professional and the work was performed in a timely manner, and the vehicle was returned to with all service completed. Although a replacement cabin filter was requested, the Service Technician determined that its replacement was not necessary based on prior scheduled replacement. I have all personal and company owned vehicles serviced at Horne Ford, since 2011 and the service has always been excellent. I have purchased the Explorer from Horne Ford and very happy that I did so.
